DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with the OmniPayUSA client portal, including data connected through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other supported third-party social media integrations.
HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
If you would like us to delete your data from our systems, please send an email to emailus@omnipayusa.com with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request
To help us process your request, please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your business name, if applicable
- The email address associated with your OmniPayUSA portal account
- The social media platform connected to your account, if applicable (for example: Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok)
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
DISCONNECTING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT
You may also stop future data sharing by removing OmniPayUSA portal access directly from the connected platform. For example, you may revoke app permissions from your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other connected social media account settings.
Please note that disconnecting a platform may stop future data collection, but it may not automatically remove historical data already stored in our systems. If you want previously stored data deleted as well, please send us a deletion request by email.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST
Once we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity before completing deletion. After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your personal data and connected social media data from our active systems, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
