Social Media Account Integration

In order to provide our social media management, analytics, and reporting services, we may allow you to connect your social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms ("Social Media Accounts"), to our portal.

When you choose to connect your Social Media Accounts, you authenticate directly with the relevant platform, such as Facebook Login or other authorization tools. We do not ask you to provide us with your password for those third-party services directly. Instead, the relevant platform provides us with authorized access tokens or similar credentials needed to retrieve permitted information through its API.

Depending on the platform and the permissions you approve, we may receive:
  • account profile information, such as account name, page name, username, and profile image
  • page, profile, or account insights, such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower counts, and audience metrics
  • content performance information, such as post metrics, comments, likes, shares, views, and related reporting data
  • advertising and campaign performance data, if applicable and authorized by you
  • business account identifiers and related metadata needed to display connected reporting inside our portal
We use this information solely to provide our Services, including analytics dashboards, performance reporting, social media management support, campaign review, and client-facing reporting inside the OmniPayUSA portal.

We do not sell your connected social media data. We do not use it for unrelated purposes. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Services, and to serve you as our client.

You may disconnect your Social Media Accounts at any time through the settings of the relevant platform or by contacting us. Once disconnected, we will no longer retrieve new information from that platform unless you reconnect it.

Our use of data obtained from Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, is subject to the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of data obtained from TikTok or other platforms is subject to their respective developer, platform, and API policies.

Information Automatically Collected

We may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

14. HOW CAN YOU DELETE YOUR CONNECTED SOCIAL MEDIA DATA?

In Short: You may remove access at the platform level or request deletion from us directly.

If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media account to our Services and would like us to delete data associated with that connection, you may do any of the following:
  • disconnect the account through the relevant platform's settings or security tools
  • revoke the app or integration permissions from your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other connected platform account
  • email us at emailus@omnipayusa.com with the subject line: Social Media Data Deletion Request
In your request, please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your name, business name, email address associated with your portal account, and the connected social media platform you want removed.

Upon receipt of a verified request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify connected social media data in our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.

Removing the connection from the third-party platform may stop future data sharing, but it may not automatically delete historical data already stored in our systems. If you would like historical connected data deleted from our systems as well, please contact us directly at emailus@omnipayusa.com.

This section is intended to serve as our platform data deletion instructions for connected social media integrations, including Meta platform integrations where applicable.

SMS Communications Policy

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from OmniPayUSA, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your inquiry, account updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and occasional promotional messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly through our website.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
